We removed two imposing stone chimneys to enhance the views between the entry door and the windows facing the sea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">This remodel consisted of the renovation of a new kitchen, new bathrooms, replacement of all windows with Marvin windows and the installation of Hydronic radiant heat and new flooring. We had the kitchen and bar cabinetry locally built and the Bronze Patina treatment to the bar cabinetry added some extra flair. The relocation of the fireplaces and stone cladding made a huge difference in the finished design and feel of the home. In order to create a more comfortable ambience when enjoying music and movies we integrated a complete surround system with Frame TV&#8217;s to imitate artwork. The newly designed kitchen allowed for a more open space between the kitchen and dining to enhance entertainment and enjoyment with guests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The layout, furniture, architecture and design was a team effort between Vance Killen, David Stocker, &amp; the home owners.
