The project we are referring to has the name of &#8220;Krypto&#8221;. The initial design by Samuel Pitnick Architect received a lot of criticism and negative remarks&nbsp;from the local neighborhood due to its unique and modern design, not typical of the area.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Once I saw the newspaper article I knew that this would be an awesome project to build considering that pushing the envelope is the best way to evolve.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The home was designed&nbsp;in 2018-2019 and construction began in early 2020 right as the pandemic had begun.&nbsp; We took a short break during the pandemic, but continued to persevere and build while following the COVID 19 protocol by wearing masks and washing our hands every break time.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The home owner&nbsp;wanted to build a high end home, so we took every element up to the next level by using state of the art building techniques and premium materials.&nbsp; We sourced exotic lumbers such as mahogany and IPE for the exterior fences and decking, as well as premium grade rift oak lumber and custom Japanese tile finishes on the interior. The project lasted nearly 2 years and was finished in December of 2021.
